From the Principal’s Desk

Dear Parents,

September has been a month filled with learning, exploration, creativity and meaningful experiences at ELPS. Our students have actively participated in academic activities, club activities, competitions, field trips and experiential learning opportunities.

As a school, we continue to focus not only on academic achievement but also on developing confidence, communication, creativity, responsibility and integrity in every learner.

We believe that every small step in learning contributes to a greater journey of growth. Thank you to our parents and teachers for continuing to support our children in this journey.

Together, let us inspire every child to learn, grow and shine.

Warm regards,

Principal

Academic Spotlight

This month, our classrooms were filled with purposeful learning and active participation.

  • Term 1 revision activities were initiated across all classes.
  • Students participated in reading & writing competitions.
  • Teachers incorporated activity-based and experiential learning strategies.
  • Individual student progress was monitored to identify areas of improvement and support.
  • Special attention was given to strengthening foundational skills and conceptual understanding.

πŸ“ˆ Celebrating Student Progress

At ELPS, improvement is celebrated as much as achievement. Students showing significant progress are identified through regular assessments and classroom observations. Teachers provide targeted support and encouragement to help every learner move towards the next level of achievement.

Our focus: Not β€œWho is the best?” but β€œWho is improving, and how can we help them improve further?”

Learning Beyond the Classroom

Learning comes alive when students experience it beyond textbooks. This month, students participated in:

  • Creative classroom activities
  • Read & reflect activity
  • Ink and imagination writing activity
  • Games and collaborative learning
  • Club and house activities
  • Educational and experiential programmes
These activities provided opportunities for students to think, communicate, collaborate and create.

Student Achievements & Spotlight

We are proud to celebrate our students who participated in various academic and sports activities.

β€œSuccess is not only about being first. It is about becoming better than you were yesterday.”
We appreciate every student who demonstrated effort, perseverance, teamwork and a positive attitude.

Parent Partnership

A child's progress is strongest when school and home work together. We encourage parents to do:

  • Maintain regular communication with the school.
  • Encourage reading at home.
  • Support consistent study routines.
  • Appreciate effort rather than focusing only on marks.
  • Encourage children to take responsibility for their learning.
We had a Parent teachers interaction on 26th of this month. Together We Can Make a Difference.
