  • Deployment is managed through DigitalOcean, a trusted cloud infrastructure provider.

We take industry-standard security measures to prevent unauthorised access, data loss, or misuse.

Data is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfil its intended purpose or comply with legal and educational requirements. Upon student graduation or staff resignation, records may be archived or deleted based on school policy.

The app is designed for educational use and collects personal data from children only as required for learning, communication, and school operations. We ensure that children’s data is handled with the highest level of security and care, under the oversight of school administrators and with parental awareness where necessary.
